Please complete the following online survey no sooner than 2 weeks and no later than 4 weeks after the actual training date to allow for reflection and the opportunity to use what you have learned from the training in your work setting. THIS EVALUATION IS CONFIDENTIAL. The evaluations will be summarized and only the summary will be sent to the trainer for their feedback. The IdahoSTARS Training Office will also use your feedback to monitor the trainer and training for current and future funding sources.
