Professional Development System

Professional Development System (PDS) refers to ways that child care providers can get ongoing information, skills, training, education, and benefits to increase their understanding of child care. The PDS is made available by a partnership between Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, University of Idaho’s Center for Disabilities and Human Development, Idaho Association for the Education of Young Children, and Idaho Colleges and Universities.
